Securing a well-rounded and healthy mental state has always been a priority for me in my efforts to assist others. With over a decade of experience in various mental health roles, including work with first responders and social and health services agencies such as child protective services and adult protective services, I am dedicated to providing therapy in a comfortable environment that emphasizes a client-centered approach.

 

Recognizing that life can present challenging situations that may feel overwhelming, my goal is to guide individuals on solution-focused journeys aimed at enhancing overall mental health and facilitating the enjoyment of life’s most meaningful experiences. This journey is uniquely yours, and I am committed to supporting you in discovering peace and overcoming obstacles to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Couples therapy, also referred to as couples counseling or marriage counseling, is a type of psychotherapy in which a trained therapist assists romantic partners in identifying and resolving conflicts within their relationship.
